artist, yassie, born and raised in iran, found refuge in the arts - first learning knitting and sewing with her grandma and then private painting classes. years later, she took a chance and enrolled in her first metalsmithing class and she was hooked. she was intrigued by the concept of creating art pieces that go beyond the traditional form and have deeper meaning and purpose.
